Block 15.1, located offshore southern Vietnam, is operated by
CuuLong Joint Operating Company (CLJOC).
The Petroleum Contractor Parties are
PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Company, ConocoPhillips,
Korean National Oil Company, SK Corporation and Geopetrol Vietnam.

The first discovery (oil) in Block 15-1 was Su Tu Den (Black Lion) in August 2000.
Successful appraisal lead to "First oil" in October 2003.
The main reservoir is Fractured Basement.
Secondary production comes from Miocene clastics.
Cumulative production is 60 MMBBLS as of February 2006.
